We are a growing title company based in New Hampshire, and we’re on a mission to grow! To support our expansion in the Lakes Region, Southern New Hampshire, and the Seacoast, we are seeking a dedicated and energetic Closer and Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess strong business development skills, a knack for strategic planning, and the ability to develop and maintain customer relationships and for identifying new business opportunities.
Position Summary
As a Closer, you will play a vital role in facilitating smooth and successful real estate transactions, ensuring our clients experience exceeds expectations at every step of the process. While prior closing experience is a plus, we are open to an individual who brings enthusiasm, attention to detail, outstanding time management along with marketing, networking and business development skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct real estate closings with efficiency and accuracy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other referral partners to foster and develop business opportunities.
- Partner with the business development and marketing teams to enhance outreach efforts and develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company goals.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities through research and networking.
Qualifications
- Experience in real estate or related fields is a bonus but not required.
- Energetic, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing time effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building.
- Confident communicator, especially when addressing challenging situations.
- Excellent customer relationship management abilities with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
