What You’ll Do
As our Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the agency. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and Acquiring Insurance Contracts: Ensure current contracts with insurance companies are up to date and secure new opportunities with additional providers.
- Brokers Onboarding and Licensing: Oversee the onboarding process for brokers, ensuring they complete and return all necessary documentation, are licensed, and ready to start selling insurance.
- Follow-Up and Support: Liaise with insurance companies to finalize contracts and provide continued support to brokers once they are authorized to sell.
- Payroll Management: Handle payroll for the agency efficiently and accurately.
- Human Resources, Accounting & Administrative Support: Perform HR tasks, manage onboarding processes, and handle accounting responsibilities to keep operations running smoothly.
- Contribute to Growth: Be an integral part of the company’s expansion by contributing ideas and implementing strategies to grow alongside us.
