What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeping Supervisor position at Bronco Billy's Casino?
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for the successful day to day resort housekeeping operations.

- Responds to and resolves guest calls in a timely manner and creatively solves problems with the ability to anticipate, recognize, evaluate, and resolve potential difficulties.
- Supervises inspectors, house attendants and common area
- Inspects rooms, verify and report status and/or discrepancies of rooms and enter into property management system (as needed).
- Perform Room Attendant and/or Houseperson duties, as needed.
- Assists hotel runners with running guest calls.
- Supports the Director and Assistant Director.
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Be able to pass a background check
- Be available to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- Have a great attitude, be a team player, and take pride in your work!
- A willingness to learn - everybody can clean, but not everyone cleans like we do!
$17 - $20/hr based on experience; various shifts and schedules available
