REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent
- Customer service experience required.
- Automotive Service Advisor/Consultant experience a plus
- Requires a working knowledge of automotive systems, replacement parts sales, and needs of repair professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Complete background, drug screening and driving record check.
- Likes to sell.
- Exceptional Attendance Record
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to submit to a pre-employment, random and probable cause, criminal background checks, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Our technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and repair vehicles for our customers.
- Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
- Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate customers concerns.
- Work together with other Technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results.
- Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
