Bronco Moving is seeking a Fleet & Customer Service Manager to oversee our moving fleet, customer service operations, and marketing initiatives. This is a critical leadership role within our growing company, ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
Compensation & Training Period
- Base Salary: $13,498 annually (for two 9-hour office days per week)
- Uncapped Commission: 0.0039% of total company revenue (allowing for significant earning potential as the company grows)
- Estimated Total Compensation: $18.50 - $20.25/hour with unlimited earning potential
- Optional Field Work: Up to 3 additional days per week in the field, up to $25/hour trainer pay
- Mileage Reimbursement: $0.70 per mile for business-related travel
Training Pay Details:
- Pay During Training: $18.50 per hour
- Training Period: From date of hire through March 30, 2025
- Training Schedule: Tuesday (half-day) through Saturday
Key Responsibilities
- Fleet & Equipment Management – Ensure all moving trucks are properly maintained, cleaned, and fully stocked with essential moving equipment. Track fleet readiness daily and coordinate repairs with vendors.
- Customer Service & Sales – Handle customer inquiries, book jobs, and maintain the company’s strong reputation by managing online reviews, social media engagement, and customer follow-ups.
- Emergency Response & Operations – Be on-call for truck emergencies, coordinate immediate repairs, and ensure minimal downtime.
- Marketing & Business Development – Execute direct mailer campaigns, build partnerships with apartment complexes and realtors, and contribute to overall business growth through local marketing efforts.
- Operational Support & Team Coordination – Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and monitoring quality assurance throughout the move process.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license and a good driving record (reliable vehicle required, mileage reimbursed).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Experience in fleet management, logistics, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure.
- Willingness to be available for after-hours emergencies as needed.
