Summary
The Site Producer oversees daily operations at their assigned location, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, adherence to brand and operational standards, and achievement of revenue and guest number objectives. This role involves collaborating with Lead Trail Guides to coordinate staffing plans, guest schedules, site inspections, special events, and Guide training, while focusing on personal and staff development.
Responsibilities
- Manage all staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Provide leadership and direction to all venue personnel
- Oversee day-to-day venue operations
- Maintain site presentation and equipment
- Serve as the primary liaison between Off-Roadeo, the site, and the Company
- Ensure team members understand their roles and contributions to program success
- Develop relationships with external contacts to promote and grow the business
- Enforce adherence to procedures and standards (e.g., health and safety, environment, dress code)
- Manage emergency response in conjunction with Lead Trail Guides
- Report customer metrics
- Oversee inventory, asset reporting, and facilities maintenance
- Oversees staff scheduling (with Lead Trail Guide), responsible for payroll budget, and payroll submissions
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience managing medium-to-large-scale in-person programs (e.g., site management, event production, hospitality guest-facing environment)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated management experience, preferably in corporate hospitality or service industry
- Basic understanding of marketing and commercial principles
- Clean driving record; off-road driving experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and timeliness
- Independent worker with good judgment and problem-solving skills
- Proactive approach to guest experience and service standards
- Strong teamwork skills and positive work attitude
