Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring they receive exceptional service. As a member of the Front of House team, you will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the overall dining experience, making it memorable and enjoyable.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Provide attentive service throughout the dining experience, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain communication regarding special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables and managing supplies.
- Assist with bartending duties as needed, including mixing drinks and serving beverages.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with hospitality principles, including food handling practices and customer service excellence.
- Skills in retail math or basic math are beneficial for managing transactions effectively.
- Time management skills are essential to prioritize tasks during busy shifts.
- Experience in brewing or bartending is a plus, enhancing your ability to serve guests effectively.
