- Brand Strategy : Develop and implement a robust brand strategy that aligns with Bronson’s mission and strategic priorities. Define and refine brand positioning, voice, and identity to resonate across all audiences and channels.
- Digital Platforms : Oversee the website, intranet, and social media strategy in collaboration with IT and service leaders, optimizing engagement and usability.
- Communication Growth Plans : Partner with stakeholders to design, execute, and evaluate communication strategies that support organizational growth.
- Internal and External Communications : Craft compelling communication plans to elevate Bronson’s mission and values. Build strong media relationships and lead crisis communication efforts.
- Department Operations : Manage departmental operations, including project workflows, media purchasing, SEO, and reputation management. Develop and manage budgets to achieve strategic goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with various departments (e.g., HR, DEI, community engagement) to maintain brand consistency and develop a strong employer brand strategy.
