What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bakery/Deli Associate position at Bronson's Marketplace?
The Bakery Manager's main objective is to promote sales while maintaining quality, freshness, and controlling expenses.
Duties include but are not limited to: Ordering and receiving product, record keeping, controlling inventory, sales, and maintaining profit standards.
Merchandising and promoting is very important, along with having fresh ideas and products to promote. Also responsible for cleanliness, training, supervision, creating a positive atmosphere, and keeping good relations with co-workers.
One or more years experience is preferred, but not necessary if willing to learn. Must be able to work on feet and lift 10-20 pounds regularly.
