Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Lead the creation and execution of a strategic annual plan to expand service delivery and drive new business.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Collaborate with sales executives to build a robust pipeline of target prospects, utilizing prospecting, cold calling, emails, phone outreach, LinkedIn, and ecosystem partner referrals.
- Opportunity Qualification: Apply market expertise to quickly qualify or disqualify leads, ensuring efficient targeting of high-potential opportunities.
- Staffing & Recruiting: Refine and optimize the staffing and recruiting processes for both new and existing clients to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement tools, systems, and processes to streamline recruiting efforts and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Sales Target Achievement: Partner with sales teams to track and support achievement of sales quotas by ensuring administrative tasks and sales activities are on track.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years in IT services, staffing, and service delivery.
- Leadership: Proven experience leading business development and IT services teams to achieve measurable success.
- Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and leadership capabilities to engage both customers and internal teams.
