Position Overview:
We expect that you will bring your excellent guest service skills to this job, while at the same time, coach and train others to deliver the same experience. This position reports to the General Manager.
Essential Functions
- Ensures beverage and food orders are delivered.
- Ensures that side work is completed for each shift.
- Ensures guest satisfaction at every table and bar.
- Responds quickly to guest requests.
- Reports any guest concerns to the manager immediately.
- Assists in bussing and resetting tables.
- Assists in welcoming guests and seating them as needed.
- Completes all side work as assigned.
- Complies with all state and county health codes for food handling.
- Attends all in-services training and pre-shift meetings.
- Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices.
- Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward all guests and co-workers.
- Adheres to all policies and procedures of JB Retail Collective.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
