Role Overview:
We're seeking a detail oriented Project Manager to manage retail accounts, ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish. This role involves working closely with clients, sales teams, and internal departments to meet customer needs, maintain timelines, and ensure top-notch service. The Project Manager will also help grow the business by securing new retail clients and managing relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from templating to installation.
- Communicate with clients, offering guidance and answering questions.
- Ensure accurate project details and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to schedule and manage materials, subcontractors, and project timelines.
- Conduct site visits and slab layouts.
- Assist in showroom and walk-in customers.
- Maintain organization of client files and project information.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in Project management, preferably in construction.
- Retail experience and strong customer service skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in interior design or related fields.
- Sales experience is a plus.

Compensation:
