As an Account Management Team Lead , you will oversee daily operations, manage key client accounts, and ensure seamless coordination between departments, all while working with high-quality stone materials and industry-leading custom home builders.
What You'll Do
As the leader of our Account Management Team , you will :
Oversee Daily Operations - Ensure all stone countertop projects stay on track from order entry to final installation.
Be the Go-To Expert - Act as the key liaison between account managers, production teams, purchasing, and upper management.
Ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD) - Coordinate scheduling and resolve material availability challenges to keep projects moving.
Manage Key Client Accounts - Maintain strong relationships with builders, providing expert guidance on stone selections and project details.
Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team - Train, mentor, and support account managers to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Ensure Accuracy & Quality - Verify material selections, oversee shop ticket approvals, and confirm all purchase order details.
Problem-Solve with Builders - Work directly with clients to address concerns and ensure smooth installations.
Foster Collaboration - Conduct daily team huddles, facilitate interdepartmental communication, and support process improvements.
What We're Looking For
Industry Experience - Knowledge of the stone countertop industry , including materials (granite, quartz, marble, etc.), fabrication, and installation processes.
Leadership & Organization - Strong ability to manage teams, oversee multiple projects, and drive operational efficiency.
Customer-Centric Mindset - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to support builders and clients.
Problem-Solving Ability - Proactive thinker who can troubleshoot material, scheduling, and order-related challenges.
Tech-Savvy Approach - Experience with project management software (Moraware experience is a plus!).
