Job Overview :
Currently, we are searching for a Coordinator in the Denver, CO area, or candidates willing to relocate to this area. This position will primarily be coordinating for designated builders.
Our client is a family owned business that has been providing world-class stone and flooring products along with expert fabrication and masonry services that help take construction projects to the next level for the past 25 years.

Key Responsibilities :
- Create jobs into and schedule in Moraware
- Reschedule jobs when notified by builders
- Revise jobs as needed, change orders etc.
- Monitor Material Selections and notify Designers and Supervisors
- Notify builder of problems before and after template and install
- Request trip fees for items not complete / ready in requested work dates
- Create quotes for remakes, billable services, and request and collect VPOs from builder before scheduling
- Verify Purchase Orders from builders
- Report any Purchase Order discrepancies to supervisor or manager
- Confirm and communicate scheduled dates for service and warranty dates with builder representatives
- Complete activities, note, and reschedule dates daily in Home Builder Portals
- Review prior day's pay sheets
- Collect pictures of installers' work
- Collect signed waiver for all Home Owner customer services
- Onboard new communities
- Answer phones and respond to daily emails
