Job Overview : As a Lead Countertop Installer, you will install a variety of stone countertops, including granite, marble, and quartz, ensuring precise measurements, flawless craftsmanship, and adherence to customer specifications. This full-time, hourly position offers a pay range of $28.00$31.00 per hour, depending on experience. Youll work Monday to Friday, starting at 6 : 00 AM, with potential for overtime during peak periods.
Key Responsibilities :
- Measure and assess installation areas to ensure accurate dimensions.
- Remove old countertops and prepare the site for new installations.
- Cut, shape, and polish stone countertops with precision.
- Install and secure countertops, ensuring proper alignment and durability.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and designers to meet project goals.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges.
- Mentor and guide junior installers or apprentices.
- Inspect post-installation work to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques.
