Currently, we are searching for an experienced Customer Experience Supervisor in Jefferson, WI or candidates willing to relocate to this area. Our client is a premier fabricator and installer who has been providing custom countertops in Wisconsin and the surrounding Midwest States for over 30 years.
Our client is growing its clientele and have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Experience Supervisor to join their team of professionals who will lead by example through living the company's core values.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible for timely communication and making communication a top priority for Home Centers.
- Serve as the primary contact for the Home Centers.
- Responsible for the development, training, and motivation to achieve maximum efficiency, productivity and cooperation in Customer Experience.
- Manage company communication systems (internal phone system and call center, shared emails and texting)
- Advocate for brands within the company, as they pertain to Home Center Communication.
- Drive KPIs, metrics and workflow numbers, own Home Depot VOC and Lowes LTR
- Work closely with operations, sales, accounting and quality assurance departments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and recommendations.
