This role is integral to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office and supporting various departments as needed. Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Serve as a liaison between office staff, management, and other departments to facilitate seamless communication.
- Manage office budgets, supplies, and vendor relationships.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Assist with scheduling, administrative support, and project coordination as needed.
- Support human resources functions, including onboarding and employee relations.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of office processes and systems.
Qualifications :
Compensation :
Salary range is $65,000 to $85,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
