Overview
BronxCare Health System, a major teaching hospital system, now has excellent opportunities for ophthalmologists in all specialties, including cornea-external eye disease and refractive surgery. BronxCare's 14 residency programs, including ophthalmology, are affiliated with the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Responsibilities for the available ophthalmology positions encompass the provision of comprehensive and high-quality eye care to the Bronx community as well as teaching future ophthalmologists and optometrists. BronxCare's Department of Ophthalmology will soon be moving to a new and expanded, state-of-the-art eye care facility within BronxCare's wide range of primary and specialty services.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates must be board-certified / board-eligible and fellowship-trained in ophthalmology. We offer a competitive salary of $300,000 and comprehensive benefits, as well as the opportunity to be part of an experienced and diverse ophthalmology team.
