Overview
BronxCare Health System, Department of Dentistry, Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery is seeking applicants for a full-time Faculty Attending Position.
Responsibilities
- Supervision of Oral Surgery Residents and rotating General Practice and Pediatric Dental
- Residents in the Oral Surgery Clinic, Operating Room and Emergency Room.
- On Call Duties
- Management of OMFS patients in the inpatient setting collaboratively with the Family Medicine Service.
- The Service provides full scope OMF Surgery including Implant Reconstruction, Treatment of Trauma and Pathology, TM Joint Reconstruction, Orthognathic Surgery and all aspects of Dento-Alveolar Surgery.
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD Required
- DEA Certification
- BLS/ACLS/PALS Certification
- NYSED Certificate for General Anesthesia
- Satisfactory completion of a CODA approved Residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Residency
- Board Certified/Board Eligible
