Overview
Performs and obtains radiographs on all patients. Performs all angiography and myelography and assists the Radiologist. Utilizes all x-ray equipment permitted within the scope of their license and within the realm of their training. Effectively utilizes the hospital computer system as it pertains to job responsibilities and in accordance with hospital policy. Provides emergency special procedures on an on-call basis. Assists the Radiologists with hard-to-move patients when requested.

Responsibilities
Assessment, treatment, and patient care responsibilities are delivered with knowledge of patient growth and development and are appropriate to the ages of the patients served. Utilizes lead shielding where appropriate in accordance with Departmental policies. Develops all X-rays when required. Transports patients to and from Interventional Suites as required.
Qualifications
Graduate from an Accredited School of Radiology, AART, and ACE
Registered preferred. A minimum of two (2) years of experience is preferred. Must be able to administer Floruscopy during procedures. (Licensed by the State of New York).
