Job Summary
Bronze Buffalo Ranch is seeking a dedicated and energetic Food Runner to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that food and beverages are delivered promptly and accurately to guests, enhancing their dining experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong focus on customer service, and the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and servers.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and meet presentation standards before serving.
- Assist servers by refilling drinks, clearing tables, and providing additional support as needed.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order status and special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Utilize the Aloha POS system for order tracking and communication with the kitchen.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and non-verbal.
- Experience with POS systems, is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good phone etiquette for handling reservations or guest inquiries over the phone.
- Previous experience in restaurant or hotel settings is a plus but not mandatory.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help colleagues as needed.
