Job Summary:
Bronze Buffalo Ranch is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our culinary team at our upscale casual restaurant. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring that all dishware, cookware, and utensils are properly sanitized and ready for service. As a member of our team, you will help create a seamless dining experience for our exclusive membership by upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, and pans efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing stations and storage areas.
- Follow proper sanitation and safety procedures in accordance with health codes.
- Assist with kitchen cleanliness, including mopping floors, removing trash, and cleaning equipment.
- Support kitchen staff by ensuring they have the necessary clean tools and equipment.
- Monitor and replenish dishwashing chemicals and cleaning supplies as needed.
- Handle dishware and equipment carefully to prevent breakage and damage.
- Assist with basic food prep or kitchen duties as requested by chefs or managers.
- Uphold the club’s high standards of hospitality, professionalism, and teamwork.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous dishwashing experience preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player.
