Psychiatric Assistant- Part time - 6 : 30am-7 : 00pmEvery other weekendSome holidaysUnder the supervision of a licensed registered and / or practical nurse performs a wide range of nursing care activities and related services to provide care for the personal and psychosocial needs and comfort of patients while maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment. Maintains and demonstrates competencies in clinical practice to include age specifics, BLS and Violence Prevention.Minimum Qualifications : Education - Graduation from High School or equivalent preferred. Completion of a Nursing Assistant Program required.Experience - Experience in health care setting preferred.Licensure / Certification - Maryland Nursing Assistant certification required.
