Job Title: Field Recruiter/HR support

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for full-cycle recruitment, which includes collaborating with hiring managers to determine talent needs, identifying talent using various recruiting sources, social media, grass roots and internet sourcing techniques, effectively screening talent and ensuring a smooth on-boarding experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Create a recruiting experience for each candidate in understanding the values of our organization in our contributions to charities, eco-friendly work processes and value to the communities in which we operate.
· Development recruiting strategies with key stakeholders
· Manage online postings to include company website and various job boards
· Review profiles/resumes to qualify potential candidates.
· Source candidates proactively on various job boards
· Oversee logistics for candidates (interview scheduling, book travel, communications, etc.)
· Cultivate relationships with candidates as needed
· Support onboarding efforts (Collect /review new hire paperwork for completion and compliance, drug screen compliance, set up of first day, etc.)
· Facilitate new associates onboarding and orientation
· General HR, Reporting, Recruiting support, and assist with special projects as needed.
· Communicate with hiring managers regularly to build relationships and determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans
- Provide leadership and support training on all Safety programs, processes and procedures, insuring that every associate is properly trained for their position.
Required Education, Training, & Experience:
- Experience in retail, thrift, manufacturing, and/or sales a plus
- Must be able to work independently in an office-based environment based in Birmingham, AL
- College degree preferred but not required
- Ability to travel up to 35%
