Position Summary
The Director of Sales will assume a dual responsibility within the organization, dedicating 50% of their time to actively driving sales and generating revenue through direct engagement with key clients. The other 50% will be focused on leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team to ensure consistent achievement of sales goals. In this role, the Director will play an integral part in shaping the sales strategy, fostering a culture of excellence, and driving both personal and team performance in alignment with company growth objectives.
As a key member of the Sales Team, the Director of Sales will be responsible for effectively planning, organizing, and executing sales-related activities to meet individual and team targets. They will work to understand and promote Brook Whittle's profit objectives while ensuring that customer satisfaction is at the heart of every decision and interaction. This role is vital requires a balance of tactical sales execution with strategic leadership to foster success at every level.
Essential Functions
Sales Leadership (50%) :
- Develop and execute a personal sales strategy to target and acquire new clients, grow existing accounts, and expand business opportunities in support of Brook Wittle company revenue goals..
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions to meet those needs, demonstrating a consultative approach to sales.
- Lead sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions with high-value clients.
- Achieve personal sales targets and KPIs, ensuring alignment with company revenue goals.
Team Management and Development (50%) :
