Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Product Manager with significant experience in the HVAC–Air Filtration market to join our team to oversee and grow our product lines. This role focuses on driving innovation, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining consistent branding and quality across all products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HVAC systems, air filtration products, and market trends, coupled with exceptional leadership and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy and Development: 
   • Develop and execute product strategies for the HVAC air filter category, aligning with Brookaire’s mission and growth objectives. 
   • Identify new product opportunities and enhancements by analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence. 
   • Collaborate with the R&D team to design and launch innovative products tailored to commercial and industrial HVAC systems. 
2. Product Lifecycle Management: 
   • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch to end-of-life, ensuring products meet performance, cost, and quality expectations. 
   • Develop and maintain product documentation, including technical specifications and marketing collateral. 
3. Customer and Market Engagement: 
   • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. 
   • Serve as a product expert, delivering presentations and training for sales teams, distributors, and clients. 
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: 
   • Work closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, and production teams to ensure smooth product availability and distribution. 
   • Drive pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to maximize product adoption and revenue. 
5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: 
   • Monitor product performance through KPIs, sales data, and customer feedback. 
   • Generate reports on product success and areas for improvement, recommending actionable strategies. 
6. Compliance and Quality Assurance: 
   • Ensure products comply with all regulatory standards and maintain Brookaire’s reputation for high-quality solutions. 

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

• 5 years of experience in product management, HVAC, and/or air filtration industries. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred 
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and air filtration technologies. 
• Proven ability to analyze market trends and translate them into successful product strategies. 
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 
• Strong project management and organizational abilities. 
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
