Sales Development Representative (SDR)
This is a Full-Time Position, in-person at our East Rutherford, NJ Office.

Position Description:
We're seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in East Rutherford, NJ. This role is dedicated to identifying, qualifying, and scheduling meetings with leads, ultimately contributing to new customer acquisition and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and generate unqualified leads within the Utility & Infrastructure sector
· Contact leads via phone and/or email to qualify or disqualify them
· Create and update lead information in CRM
· Coordinate meetings between sales-qualified leads (SQLs) and local sales representatives
· Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly phone call and SQL targets
Qualifications
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to handle customer complaints
• Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven success in B2B sales and/or lead generation is beneficial

Pay
Base salary starts at $60,000, with performance-based bonuses on leads and converted leads—no cap!
