Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

We're seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in East Rutherford, NJ. This role is dedicated to identifying, qualifying, and scheduling meetings with leads, ultimately contributing to new customer acquisition and sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate according to established Driver SOPs (Standard Operator Procedures)
  • Identify and generate unqualified leads within the Utility & Infrastructure sector
  • Contact leads via phone and/or email to qualify or disqualify them
  • Create and update lead information in CRM
  • Coordinate meetings between sales-qualified leads (SQLs) and local sales representatives
  • Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly phone call and SQL targets

 
 

Qualifications


Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to handle customer complaints
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven success in B2B sales and/or lead generation is beneficial
