Position Description:
Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager this person will work with existing clients to maintain a good working relationship and ensure the accounts are growing. This includes onboarding new customers, order entry, booking appointments, creating follow up tasks, quoting and more. You will work closely with the Business Development team to ensure they spend as much time as possible in front of the client.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your assigned Customers
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Overseeing customer account management, including order/quote entry, and all other inquiries
Collaborate with Business Development to identify and grow opportunities within territory
Track Key Accounts to ensure sustainment and growth
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quota
Respond to customer inquiries and orders in a timely manner
Maintain accurate customer records
Follow up on customer inquiries and orders
Utilize sales and marketing techniques to increase sales
Monitor and track customer feedback
Resolve customer complaints
Remain up-to-date on product information and changes
Required Qualifications:
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to handle customer complaints
Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Previous experience in sales and customer service is beneficial
