Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
As the Fulfillment Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the fulfillment process and coordinating activities during the shift. You will lead a team of pickers, packers, and shipping associates to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment for distribution. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and coach a team to achieve daily production goals. Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure they are completed efficiently. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their professional development.
Order Fulfillment: Oversee the fulfillment process, including picking, packing, and the staging of customer orders. Ensure accuracy and quality control throughout the fulfillment process to meet customer expectations. Troubleshoot any issues related to order fulfillment and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
Documentation and Reporting: Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, accuracy, and on-time delivery. Analyze data and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
Working Hours 7:00am to 4:00pm

Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Time management skills and the ability to delegate.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
