Position Details:
Location - Ariel Dental Care
Address - 3 Plattekill Ave, New Paltz, NY 12561
Full-time - Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
Salary - $59k-$63k/year

As a Practice Administrator, you will be supporting our dental office with important administrative responsibilities, such as:
- Being responsible for the overall smooth running of the office and ensuring that office goals and objectives are met on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis.
- Being responsible for daily oversight including staffing, operations and provider relations to successfully meet goals.
- Being responsible for full-cycle employment management; recruitment, training, staff development, annual reviews, and staff schedules and performance management.
- Assisting in overseeing the Infection Control program to ensure staff compliance with relevant policies and procedures with a special emphasis on data collection, maintenance of logs, and the documentation process
- Overseeing the system for managing clinical and non-clinical supplies and inventory, monitor expenses.
Salary : $59,000 - $63,000
