Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Role is also eligible for team based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Responsibilities
- The Brookdale at Home LPN / LVN will operate within the scope of their nursing license as well as the specific home care license state requirements and physician orders.
- Nurses will be responsible for BAH Home Care services, including but not limited to medication setup, monitoring and medication administration, simple wound care, related paperwork, medication management, supervisory visits and coordination of care and communicating with physician and family.
- Provides care to clients in accordance with physician orders, recognizes standards of practice and establishes company policies and procedures.
- Education as required to obtain state nursing license (LPN/LVN) and/or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- LPN or LVN license. Basic CPR/first aid training. Fire safety training.
