Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Role is also eligible for team based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Responsibilities
Responsible for managing and leading prompt, thorough investigations of alleged workplace misconduct including, but not limited to, allegations of workplace harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour violations. Ability to analyze sophisticated information, develop valid fact-based conclusions using a variety of resources and techniques, and present findings in a clear and concise manner both verbally and in writing to all levels of management and leadership.

Qualifications
Education and ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Minimum three years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Employee Relations.
Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special RequirementsNone
Management/Decision MakingUses discretion and independent judgment to solve complex, diverse problems and make decisions, sometimes with limited precedents or established guidelines.
Knowledge and SkillsWorking knowledge of key federal, state, and local labor and employment laws and regulations. Excellent presentation/facilitation, analytical, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. Ability to balance multiple facets of role including, but not limited to, case investigation, case management, and providing educational coaching, as needed. Ability to interact and develop strong trusting relationships with associates at all levels in order to gain support and achieve results. Ability to solve problems utilizing critical thinking skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (i.e. Word and Excel). Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
