Responsibilities
The Associate Relations (AR) Coordinator is responsible for administrative duties related to the intake and documentation of associate relations calls and reports including, but not limited to, those submitted to the Integrity Line. This is a growth opportunity to gain experience in, and exposure to, the field of Employee Relations. The position is part of a Center of Expertise (COE) designed to ensure associate complaints and issues are investigated in a thorough and timely manner.

Qualifications
Education and Experience• High School Diploma• 1-3 years
Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special RequirementsNone
Management/Decision MakingUses limited independent judgment to make decisions based on precedents and established guidelines. Solves problems using standard procedures and precedents. Knows when to refer issues to supervisor and when to handle them personally.
Knowledge and SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. Ability to interact and develop strong trusting relationships with associates at all levels in order to gain support and achieve results. Ability to solve problems utilizing critical thinking skills. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (i.e. Word and Excel). Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
