We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our culinary team as a Server at Brookdale Emerson. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our senior residents and their families.
Salary Range: $15.13 - $19.07 per hour
Job Description: As a Server, you will be responsible for interacting with senior residents and guests, taking and delivering food orders in a timely manner, and ensuring that every meal is a positive experience. You will also work closely with our kitchen staff to assist with bussing and resetting tables, removing dirty dishes, disposing of trash, and restocking inventory as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of quality and accuracy.
