As a server at Brookdale, you will be part of a dynamic team that takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service to our residents and guests. Your primary responsibility will be to interact with senior residents and guests, take food orders, and ensure that everyone is satisfied with their meal.
In addition to serving food, you will also assist with kitchen staff, bus tables, reset inventory, and perform side work duties as assigned. We offer a competitive salary range of $12.00 - $15.25 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, life insurance, retirement plans, tuition reimbursement, pet insurance, adoption reimbursement benefits, and more.
Responsibilities
- Interact with senior residents and guests to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Take and deliver food orders in a timely manner following company standards.
- Work with kitchen staff to prepare and serve meals.
- Assist with bussing and resetting tables.
- Remove dirty dishes and dispose of trash as needed.
