Responsibilities
Create visual and conceptual designs that communicate the Brookdales message and product lines targeting various audiences across multi-media channels. Responsible for using typography, illustration, photography and art direction to complement the concepts and communications across multi-media platforms, with a focus on digital and social media.

Qualifications
Education and ExperienceBachelors Degree in Design (i.e. interaction, graphic, visual communications) or other related field required. Minimum three years experience in designing; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special RequirementsMust have a working knowledge of MAC operating systems and Adobe Creative Suites. Experience with Figma and Bannerly or related digital ad building and animation software not required but a good addition.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
Management / Decision MakingUses limited independent judgment to make decisions based on precedents and established guidelines. Solves problems using standard procedures and precedents. Knows when to refer issues to supervisor and when to handle them personally.
Knowledge and SkillsHas a working knowledge of a skill or discipline that requires basic analytic ability. Has an overall understanding of the work environment and process. Has a working knowledge of the organization. Demonstrates ability to work individually, as well as collaborate with a team.
