Responsibilities
Responsible for analysis, identification, selection, and management of all learning tools and systems. While consulting on and implementing online instructional content for the organization, coordinates, develops, and implements content in collaboration with internal business leaders.
- Manages Learning Systems and Support team, and guides them to successful completion of work requirements and customer service levels. Identifies, recruits, on-boards, and performs orientation of staff.
- Researches and advises on new tools to improve efficacy, efficiency, and UX of talent and learning solutions. Provides performance feedback and coaching; assists in identifying appropriate development opportunities for the team.
- Conducts data analysis on audience, programs, and systems to identify trends and areas of concern.
- Leads the design intake and consultation process for team, and assigns work as needed.
- Consults with key decision-makers to implement online courses and provides education and development planning services in support of strategic initiatives.
- Conducts training-needs assessments, analyzes business data, and identifies trends to determine gaps, training objectives, and methods of delivery and makes recommendations accordingly. Applies adult learning principles and technology to support the planning and execution of learning solutions and programs to improve business results.
- Ensures new and existing learning content meets specific learning needs and business objectives.
- Organizes project documentation and all deliverables, and stores within archive resources per organizational guidelines.
- Collaborates with learning partners to identify opportunities and strategies for performance improvement; works with managers, as appropriate, to develop programs for improved employee performance and to ensure transfer of training.
- Guides the talent management organization on effective use of technology in development and implementation of learning products, and in continuous improvement of processes and methods.
- Manages multiple learning projects, develops and maintains project plans, manages task completion, coordinates resources, identifies constraints and ensuring timely project completion.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Communications, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or related field required. Minimum five years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience as Learning Management System administrator preferred.

Knowledge of research and implementation of desktop publishing, graphics, production methods, and tools. Knowledge of adult learning, training, career, and organizational development principles, techniques, policies, and procedures is preferred. Proven ability to meet individual and lead group-based deadlines in a print or multimedia production environment.
