Welcome to Brookdale Vancouver Stonebridge. Our Memory Care community specializes in caring for residents with impaired by symptoms of early, middle, or late stages of Alzheimer’s and/or Dementia. It is the job of care staff to gently steer residents with their daily needs while helping keep their dignity intact.
Medication Technician (Required by Department of Health of Washington State: Nurse Delegation Core, Nurse Delegation Diabetes, and CNA License to be considered for this position). Provides residents with services in accordance with health care provider’s orders regarding administration or assistance with medications and treatments, as per state regulations. Provides direct care to residents following the individualized service plan.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Role is also eligible for team based bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Based on state regulations and completion of required training/certification, Medication Aides/Techs will administer or assist with self-administration of medication and treatments as prescribed by the health care provider and observe/report responses to your supervisor.
- Certified Medication Aides/Techs make sure the medication supply room is organized and clean, assist with medication cart audits, and provide accurate counts of all medications. You will also communicate with pharmacies to coordinate medication delivery.
- Based on state regulation, completion of training/certification is required.
Salary Range Information
$18.91 - $28.36 / hourSalary : $19 - $28
