High School Team Chair

Who Are We? Brooke Charter Schools is a network of four public charter schools, serving grades K-12 in Mattapan, Roslindale, and East Boston. As an IEP Team Chair, you will oversee the drafting, implementation, and maintenance of IEPs and 504 plans.  You will oversee the initial and re-evaluation process and coordinate standardized testing accommodations.   Hours for this role are  7:45 am - 4:00 pm.  Salaries are based on years of special education experience. Those who join our team with a license or degree in special education earn salaries of at least $72k. IEP Team Chairs will earn an additional $3,300 stipend for teaching a high-need area. You’ve earned a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or hold a Special Education teaching license You have a strong working knowledge of federal and state Special Education laws You are able to start in July 23, 2025 The community and students we serve are diverse, and we are committed to reflecting that diversity in our staff.
