As a Pet Groomer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of our furry clients while providing exceptional grooming services. You will work closely with pet owners to understand their grooming needs and preferences, creating a positive experience for both pets and their owners. Commission or Booth rent options available!
Responsibilities
- Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, clipping, and styling for various breeds of dogs.
- Assess the condition of pets’ coats and skin, identifying any health issues that may require attention.
- Maintain a clean and organized grooming area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized after each use.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with pet owners about grooming options and aftercare.
- Handle animals safely and compassionately, using appropriate restraint techniques when necessary.
- Keep accurate records of each pet's grooming history and any special instructions from owners.
- Collaborate with veterinary staff if any health concerns arise during the grooming process.
