Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Evening Receptionist to join our team. Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer phone calls promptly and manage inquiries with excellent phone etiquette.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for staff members.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with administrative tasks including proofreading documents and preparing reports.
- Provide support to other departments as needed, demonstrating strong time management skills.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
