Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will provide essential nursing care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. Duties
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the supervising nurse.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding patients.
- Document patient information accurately in medical records.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients by following infection control protocols.
Requirements
- Valid LPN license in the state of practice.
- Strong knowledge of medication administration protocols and pain management techniques.
- Proficiency in phlebotomy and familiarity with aesthetic treatments is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and patient care processes.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN
Pay: From $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
