Job Description
The Asset Backed Finance, Vice President - Structurer will be responsible for the following :
- Responsible for working with rating agencies to structure and efficiently capitalize private investments
- Maintain ongoing dialogue with rating agencies to remain informed of current rating agency criteria and any methodology changes
- Demonstrate willingness to explore new asset classes and think creatively about potential novel structures
- Ensure that legal documentation and trustee reporting accurately reflects agreed upon deal terms
- Work with internal constituents, including tax, legal, and accounting, to incorporate feedback into investment structures
- Collaborate with analytics team to develop and maintain cash flow models on an ongoing basis for private transactions
Candidate Profile
Salary Range : $200,000 - $250,000
Our compensation structure is comprised of a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus). Cash compensation tends to vary based on geography to account for local market conditions and is set to be market competitive. Compensation decisions are based on a number of factors including relative experience, overall years of experience, industry experience, education and designations.
