What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Project Manager - Physical Security Installations position at Brookfield Global Recruitment Services?
Industry leader are looking to hire a Sr. Project Manager to manager physical security system installations. Key responsibilities will include:
- Manage enterprise security installation projects. .
- Confer with senior management, supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
- Schedule the project in logical steps to budget enough time required to meet deadlines.
- Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to project locations.
- Direct and supervise workers including delegating responsibilities to Laborers, Technicians, and Electricians.
- Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
- Interface with engineering team to ensure design efficiency.
- Interface with internal and external customers.
- Read blueprints, schematics, and statements of work (SOW).
- Coordinate with field personnel and/or engineering team to discuss any potential installation issues.
- Have good working knowledge and experience with Access Control and VMS/CCTV systems (Lenel, Software House, S2, Avigilon, Genetec, AMAG, Bosch etc.)
