- Understand and establish priorities and distribute work to the Engineering teams and connect resources.
- Drive performance, and empower all staff.
- Work with different business units to innovate new concepts.
- Improve productivity of the Engineering team / s.
- Manage and develop Engineering competencies.
- Analyze and develop company product roadmap. including succession plans.
- Present to C-level all aspects of Engineering.
- Closely work with peers and cross-functional teams to ensure that systems and concepts meet the customer's fundamental needs in the intended market.
- Assist Marketing and Sales in launching products and systems.
- Stay current with global and regional industry standards
