Responsibilities

- Manage the Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments and ensure accurate completion of medical records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and quality of care.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff in clinical decision-making and best practices.
- Monitor nursing administration processes to maintain high standards of care and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular training sessions for nursing staff on policies, procedures, and best practices in patient care.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures within the facility.
