What You’ll Do:
- Administer medications per state guidelines and keep accurate records.
- Report medication errors, side effects, and resident condition changes.
- Ensure proper medication storage and handle narcotics safely.
- Provide compassionate care and share resident updates during shift changes.
What You Need:
- Certified Med Aide (CMA) with 1 year of senior living experience.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Current KS CMA license (in good standing).
- CPR & First Aid certification preferred.
Physical & Work Environment:
- Occasionally lift/move up to 25 lbs.
- Stand, walk, and assist residents as needed.
- Use office equipment (phone, computer, etc.).
- Support residents in emergencies.
- Low to moderate noise environment; accommodations available.
