Job Description
Position Summary
The Manager, Leasing Analysis is responsible for generating and analyzing standard leasing-specific reports, as well as creating and enhancing Business Intelligence (BI) and data warehouse reports while ensuring data integrity. The Manager is the first point of contact for leasing department data and metrics questions. Additionally, as new datasets and reports are introduced, the Manager will monitor and assist the Information Technology team in the resolution of data discrepancies within BI, data warehouses and systems.
Responsibilities
Proficient in all aspects and use of the Salesforce application, with a focus on reporting and dashboards to ensure accurate and actionable insights.
Act as a conduit for unique requests or assistance, gathering information from identified support roles across various cross-functional disciplines to meet business needs.
Verify all aspects of deals to ensure data integrity is maintained prior to presenting deals.
Format, consolidate, and present complex transaction data for both internal and external audiences and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data points to create validation reports.
Assist in coordinating reconfigurations and revised leasing business plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Identify variances from budgeted charges through in-depth analysis and collaboration with Finance and Accounting teams, making timely updates to data warehouses and systems with verified information for accurate reporting.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field required.5 years of experience in a related field, with a focus on data analysis, finance, or leasing.
Strong ability to analyze and interpret large data sets using data platforms.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
Working knowledge of Access, BI, and Salesforce is essential.
Experience with Yardi is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
Excellent presentation skills for delivering complex information to all levels of management and external partners.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to shifting deadlines and urgent requests.
Compensation
Salary type: Exempt
Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly
Annual Base Salary Range: $95,000 to $115,000
Annual Bonus: 15%
