Job Description
Overview:
The Vice President will focus on portfolio management and asset management responsibilities for Brookfield’s existing portfolio of Multifamily Assets, and manage relationships with Brookfield Multifamily's affiliates and operating partners.
1. Present financial metrics to executive leadership on the performance of the Brookfield Multifamily portfolio and make strategic recommendations to senior leadership regarding the business plan for individual assets (25%)
2. Craft high level leasing and marketing strategy for the Multifamily portfolio and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives (25%)
3. Work with deal teams during the valuation process for prospective investments; maintain macro perspective on Multifamily markets, make sector recommendations to investment teams and executive management (25%)
4. Strategic oversite of ground-up development projects (25%)
Requirements:
This position requires a(n) Undergraduate (Bachelor) Degree in Finance, Business or related field
10 years of required experience in Real Estate Asset Management or Portfolio Management.
